To the Fall of Dumbledore

Struck down by the most trusted
He was driven to the twilight air
Plunging, he glanced back at me
Saddened, solemn, yet in all, assuring
I couldn’t help but think
That his fall was atrocious
Yet, strangely beautiful
I’d like to believe whilst in his drop
That he cherished the moments spent
And relished the chilled air
Cutting through his robe
Clasping his elderly face
Finally the cruel, cold ground
Crushed his elderly frame
And bludgeoned his face
Despite this grizzly outcome
His face cascaded with peace
And enveloped me in comfort
While in most deepest of grieves
A light has gone out in my world
Go or stay as you please
But let me weep for this life
Let me weep bitterly, for this tragic,
Yet beautiful passing
