I am a child to your eyes
when I am not a lost sheep
Do you laugh at my antics?
Do you think ‘Not again?’
I hope, no I know that you
see deep into my heart
you see how much I love you
You know I am far from perfect
but I do try hard,
yes you know that too
I try to be what you would want
me to be, to do what you would
want me to do
You watch as I fail and then try again
You know my inner most desires
Do you frown?
You know my weaknesses
How emotional I am
You know my strengths
You have watched me grow
into the person I am today
What do you see?
Why you see little me!
Author notes
I think of Him as my God but also as my father/dad so I think He would see me as his daughter trying hard to be good but not always succeeding

Correction, chastisement out of love, inspiring, humbling. Well done. Blessings.
