Forgetting what lies behind
Obliterating thoughts that blind
Relinquishing reprobate and heinous habits
Giving my all to He Who knows I keep His Sabbaths
Inspiration floods my brain
No one else calls to me like He Who reigns
Generously granting me kinship
All righteousness defined in
His commands that guard and protect
Enlightening the mind and leading to project
A life that succeeds in a way that’s right
Dedicated to The One Who came to bring us light
Author notes
Php 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
Php 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
