The first time i met you
was over 8 years ago
when we started talking
about each others belief.
And from then on we formed
a bond of friendship which turned
to a family relationship, though i
was blind to any sense of love.
Throughout high school our bond
grew but to me it was no more then
brother and sister because i wasn't
ready to see anymore.
But today is a different story
which happened 4 months before
when we started hanging out again
was when i was ready to see.
So 4 months later we still are
going strong because our bond
of friendship has made us see
each other better.
I don't know why I'm falling for you
but i am and it has made a great
change in my life which i wouldn't
want to go without.

this is the first poem i have commented on in this contest and the reason i am commenting is because it sounds like Paul and i we started off as friends then we were like brother and sister but deep down we loved each other in a romantic way now we are engaged and we have a 1 year old son and i am 4 1/2 months pregnant thanks for sharing keep up the great work and good luck
