I can't believe myself some times.

I hate the way you look at girls,
the way you say my name.
Quite frankly I can't stand you
when you're laughing in my face.

I hate the fact your fingers
always linger far too long.
The way you lack propriety,
but still open all my doors.

I hate it when you worry
if I don't show up on time.
The way you hassle all my lines
if I haven't replied.

I hate a lot of things
that you always seem to do.

Which is why I can't understand
why I'm falling for you.

Nice write here and a nice take on the prompt. The poem captures the confusion that our emotions sometimes cause well.
