Geisha Dance

 Aitsu Ganken Tameni Ware.

Kisu Kisu.
He calls in the night
Her shadow steps away into the light
Kisu Kisu.
He begs and pleads
She runs and hides from his evil deeds

Suki Ware.
She begins to scream
He says dont make a scene
Suki Ware.
She falls to the ground
Only one other hears the sound

Saikoro tameni ware.
He says to her
Only a kun hears
Saikoro tameni ware.
Her sai clings to the wall
He finds her later dai in the hall
Aitsu ganken tameni ware.

I tried to expand the knowledge of how a geisha's life could of been in the past, do you think I accomplished it?

I plan to revise this poem: please leave constructive criticism!

    Welcome to AllPoetry

Interesting; I was a little thrown by the use of another language in the mist of this however I think it adds something so much more to this stunning poem

    You've delved deep into the life of a Geisha and given it raw power;
    truly a masterful poem

I hope you enjoy AllPoetry and continue to share your words with us
