what the hell I'm supposed to do
I try to treat you with respect
I let you play your music loud
late at night when I want sleep
I let you watch tv loudly
at three in the morning
when I want sleep
I even ignore the fact you have
people over past curfew...
Yet you can't treat me with respect
You can't talk to me when I piss you off
Tell me if you want me to stop
playing my guitar while you watch tv
Tell me if you think I'm being loud
Don't just bitch about it
behind my back
I respect you as much as I can...
and it ain't easy to do...
I called security ONCE
because I thought I smelled pot...
I asked you to turn down the tv ONCE
cause I had a long day in the morning
All the other problems are between
you and her
NOT ME
so Please treat me with respect
either that or shut up and don't make me out
to be the bad guy...
I am trying damnit
I don't know what else to do
Short of slapping sense into you
I have no idea what to do
I am at the point where I want to leave
move out of this dorm and move home
...and that's not a good place to live...
If anyone has advice
please give me some...
I am at the end of my rope here...

if you have any ideas as to how i can handle this living situation between me and my suitemate, please let me know...it's awful and getting to the point where i don't want to be alone in my own room.

can you talk to residence life? see if you can get another room or roomy? ive had this problem tons of times. some people are just hard to live with. id def talk to an RA or someone of the sort--they should be able to help. dont just settle for that, your PAYING for your room. and dont let her make you leave!!! message me if you wanna talk about it.

thanks...we've talked to the housing director and he said that there isn't anything he could do about it...so now we are scheduled to meet with the Dean of Student Life...who should be able to help us figure something out. If nothing else we will probably end up switching to another room at semester...a lot of rooms will be opening up then.
