Mothers and daughters crying.
Fathers and sons dying.
3 in the morning,
just walking down the block.
Drive by, 1 shot.
A father, a son,
a brother, a boyfriend
just lost.
Died for no reason,
maybe for nothing.
Because he had the life of the hood.
Carried his own gun,
wore the color for respect.
Caused his family so much pain.
His brothers outraged.
Loading their guns,
crossing the line.
Shoot one of them,
so maybe they'll understand.
Life of War,
men are forced.
Kill them,
or be killed by them.
Aim and fire,
hit them right.
Take their life.
Take their right.
Make them close their eyes tonight.
Just to come home,
and hush the women's cries.
Wipe their tears,
and show them your still here.
Hug them tight,
put them to sleep.
Because you know you might die tonight.
This is the gang life.
Author notes

I think this is good but it's a little more raw then that igrew up in a crip blood neighborhood n If it was just that simple life probably would of been a little better honeslty but it's a lot more then small retaliatio

I grew up with people who claimed Blood and with people who claimed Crip, and got along well with both groups. I was friends with both gangs, and the people weren't that bad. Some of the crips were friends with some of the bloods, except when it came time to take care of business; then they stuck to their colors. It's the mafia, yakuza, cartels, MS13, Latin Kings, and those type gangs that I worry about. You have to understand though that there are a lot of people in gangs that use the names of the real-deals, but are not affiliated to the real-deals in anyway, and it's these false gangs that usually get all the drama started. In my opinion gangs are stupid and are for people who cannot fist-fight (or even fight period in some cases), are scared of failure, want acceptance, and cannot do anything by themselves. ©KEEP THE INK FLOWING

first off, the gang i know was nothing but blood and tears. you see the dead end of blood and crips, but in the brginning it was on going wars. the bloods and crips in L.A. is where it all started for gangs. two little boys just wanted somewhere they belonged. well that's what i believe anyways.
