Holding Back a Sob, Will never make you weak, Being strong enough to cry, Is better that explaining why. Confide in friends and let your feelings out, Know you have a shoulder to cry on, when you decide to shut everyone out. Understand, that if you cry, I will never hold it against you. Anyone who does will get a hand print on their face and a swollen lip. I think listening and wanting to be heard are two of the hardest things to do. And know if you your sad and need a friend....I'll listen.
