In the depth of adore
a quiet platitude
quells this distant song
forever, painted proper
for near resides in you
not far away, laced
in brief interludes
we knew each other
aroused in daylight’s moon
bay window became our haven
inside of two, where we met
playful days of solitude, now
all I long for is a sip of you
I ask…is that too much
to crave…under sun shadows
I melt inside, a part of you…
Where you were me
and I was you...

Deep and Beautiful write

When two are so close there is a place in which they live in each other . . . that place that only they can enter. So they can be more in another than they are in themselves and you have touched on this so perfectly; so beautifully. Soul mates often touch each other more than skin deep and find themselves a home in another heart forever being more than one and less than two.
Excellent. Good luck.
