brainshit blues

swallowing horse sized pills that help me swallow the shit of the grind
pharmaceutical balance to counter all the years of contra
and daisy chains of rainbow mantras
trips and falls
through mysterious halls
rabbit holes
and looking glass portals on the horizon's thin line
gluttonous head bobs and sways
as rats nibble on fear flavored chunks of bleu cheese
and the catepillars still crawl across the door face asking Why?

Did it make ya think and/or feel?

Classic! That first line is fantastic and then you just roll from there! I also love the line... 'as rats nibble on fear flavored chunks of bleu cheese'!

    Great job!

    what a journey...

vivid descriptions that etch themselves into the mind. The closest I ever got to contra was back in the good ol' NES days. I blew many a cartridge back then, but fought very few battles.lol I think matras is mantras unless your speaking in Norse dialect. Then that has a whole new meaning for me. So many things I don't know
