Without faking it,
they know you're unhappy.
Without wiping them away,
they dry your tears.
Without letting them know,
they realize you need cheered up.
Without telling them,
they know they've disappointed you.
Without explaining a thing,
they just know you.
Friends don't require explanations.
Enemies don't care about explanations.
