The embodiment of our human existence.
Your inner being of light.
Where joy and sorrow is felt in your deepest recesses.
The ability to instinctively know right from wrong.
Our uniqueness comes from our center.
The spark of life is from our spirit.
Where our conscience lives.
Our desire to fall in love.
With passion and selflessness.
To parent and guide children with our inmost heart.
Gods way of calling us to him.
After our life-cycle is done and our soul lives on.

I agree with what is mused here poet. The soul is the embodiment of truth in life and death. You have penned that well. Your words flow with ease and allow the reader to visit enlightenment from each line. Beautiful! I wish you well in the contest.
Much Love & Respect ♥

Ahh, I do like this poem very much! Soul is very spiritual, yes.
I disagree that love is selfless though. Passionate, but not selfless.
I dunno about the last two lines, but I like the idea of ending the poem with a cadence implying death in a positive way.
Thank you for entering, good luck!
