beams...

night at the lake
watching minnows rise

to nibble the moon...

as hungers find
the light upon her skin

  • Wonderful the way this word painting reflects upon both risings and fallings...dual images juxtaposed so delicately. This is just a lovely, evocative poem.

I feel sometimes that we can have feelings that reflect what we see, when we let ourselves see the beauty around us...there is simply so much beauty around us...thanks...PK
