has stunted my elemental growth,
having s/c/a/r/r/e/d my frontal lobe
with memories of yesterday
&& promises for tomorrow.
I fought, battling tooth && nail,
Against the Grain
but you s.t.i.l.l. stood firm -
handing out pity like Pez,
effervescent reminders
of Our Time in Eden,
when things were gentle abstractions
&& we were busy wrapping ourselves in
Mental Jewelry,
ignoring the Pretty Hate Machine
being built around our ears &&
the Little Earthquakes
that rocked our world.
Content,
we were busy
Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces
but the Drunken Lullabies got lost in the static
&& the Conspiracy of One was born.
I'm Not Dead
I whispered to you,
{{begging you}}
to Pay Attention to me
but it was London Calling
that you heard && as I watched,
Bleach rinsed the color from your eyes.
A Match and Some Gasoline && our love
went up like @ Molotov cocktail,
leaving me in @ puddle of glitter and
glamorous rejection,
just another one of the
Strange Little Girls.

I ... really liked this... You have a talent!

My how I do so love when you write in such stunning typography. Regardless, let's continue with my unbiased comment.
The first line that struck me was "handing out pity like Pez". That, in my mind, was a very clever line, not to mention a bit of alliteration.
Also, the puddle of glitter was a great image.
All in all you wrote this in a way where someone would never know you used album titles.
Perfect, as all that you do.
Thank you
