As weary eyes refuse to sleep
an escape is needed into dreams.
I lay in my cold bed all alone
looking at my curtains dance in the
moonlight.
Suddenly I hear soft whispers,
warm hands caress my arms,
and I'm laying on a hard, in yet
cradling chest..
You kiss my head and start
saying hypnotic words
that open the worlds between sleep and awake.
I clutch on tighter to you,
wanting to bring you straight into
my dreams with me.
Because I know by morning
I'll awaken, and you will
be gone.
Because my love,
you are my dream...
My drug that makes me sleep,
my one and only person I would ever
share my deep sleep pictures with.
Stay with me, because if you go
sleep will be sure to follow.
my love,
my handsome illusion..
my dream..

Author notes
Short, not a really good flow, maybe some mistakes here and there.
Well, critique this all you like..
it was written with truth, and it came from my heart.
