Write Love On Her Arms

After all the tears
All the pain and brokenness inside
How much more can she take before she falls apart all over

When will everyone see that she's trying to give in
The scars that are on her wrist (Why can't nobody see them?)
Oh how I wish someone would write love her arms
Heal the pain and slowly put her together again

She's lost and lonely
Confused and broken
How much more can she take

Walking around everyday with the scars upon her
With the tears behind her eyes
When will she see that she's beautiful
Screaming on the inside because she's broken and hurting

If only she could find that someone special
Just maybe she could become whole
Maybe that someone would write love on her arms and make her feel special again
