Harvest

Kerplunk.
Harder than the
sting of falling raindrops,
the pain felt from fall's crop of
pecans.

This is a delightful cinquain, and it certainly is very autumny with the pecans. Time to make some yummy pies! I enjoyed your cinquain alot, very humorous. Thank you so much.

I find this hard to read, not the words just the colours. They seem very light on the page and I strained to read your poem. Although I love your entry, worth straining the eyes for. Keep writing x Cheryl

Thank you so much. We have three pecans trees, although only one actually produces. Ours are over one hundred years old.

It is a kid's game. It is also an onomatopoeia.

Thank you for taking the time to comment.
