are you there?
will you ever be there?
did you ever care
is it wonderful to know the grieve
he gave her everything
he gave her his heart
he dropped all he knew for her happiness
the moning sun breaks through an agonising sleep
in his dreams she haunts him
agonising the cherished memories
the words she says to him
bellows in his heart
sets him back
stuck in the past of his dismay
to never escape inprisoned in his own needs
a soul tarnished
her love fixed his frail veins
she bandaged his porcelain brain
pumped love through his ghostly heart
it seems her soul sleeps at rest
when will she feel the pain
the anguish
and the guilt
questions lie beneath the surface
making him itch
but still he holds back for his own good
to understand why...could end his heartbeat
and destroy the fragile hope
when the last shed of light had died
he let out a sigh knowing that he sufferd but survived the day
but only then he know how much she means to him
sitting in the dark
wollowing
discovering the beauty of death
he wonders if he still burns in her flame
such a delicate aspect
for you...you burn in his fragile heart
for you and him there was a dream
a dream of serenity
a dream of beauty
a dream of bliss
.......her heart gave way....
his heart set in stone
set to be with her
did she run in fear?
did she run for lust?
did she run for freedom
he begs for mercy
as the one rips and shreds at what is left of his soul
making him more ill.....settling him in the past
so many things he says drifts from his lips to go un-noticed
even though she ran
he stood still in the darkness
surrounded by all he hates to consume
enchanted they were
two souls were meant to be
but once again
time has won the battle
thoughts of unpleasant certainty's
unpleasant reasons
unpleasant feelings
cutting his breath short
rotting his heart
and cursing the love
but the thing that keeps his breath
his dreams blissfully flicker through disturbed sleep
dreams of you and him
with the moon casting a silhouette above them
where the dead sleep
where your love never died nor will it ever die
for in his dreams there is no death of love
Author notes
