The Midnight Hours

I
Is it not enough to breathe the neesings of His word;
Be Benefactress to His deeds of Soul...Sword to His Just creed?
Alas, to inhale His Royal scent, imbibe His Sanguine touch ~~
'Tis Leviathan that comes on Foam with Crutch to lead me Home!

II
Shall I sing Him Ancient canticles and Euterpe's Rhapsody ~~
And slip silently away be fore the Night be longs to Dawn?
Shall I circle lightly arching ~~ airbrush Waters' fragrant Lily ~~
And softly whisper O I love Him ~~ with the gentleness of Fawn?

III
I will kiss Him like a dewdrop~~moist and velvet with my lips ~~
Bring sweet summer scent of jasmine~~ blush my cheeks with rosehip;
I will paint a pastel coverlet; feather-dust Alysum 'pon his face~~
On bended knee I'll listen while He recites epic-poetry with Grace.

IV
In the rise of Winter's mist, on the cusp of Twilight bliss ~~
Consort with her Master lie as One ~~ ecstatic rapture blends their lips;
Upon the Blue papyrus of an ancient SanSkrit scroll
She inlays Far Eastern ivory, Alchemy's~~ Pure liquid Gold.

V
In the wick of Midnight oil, flickers Love's Sublime Twin-flame
Fortress to Her Castle Chaste, Purity be this Maiden's name;
On feathered-crown ~ Solemnity, she bears His Royal Crest ~~
Sings of Ancient music as she presses warmly to His Breast.

VI
Two spirits joined in harmony as the Willow with the Dove ~~
Their union blessed exponentially by Heaven's Abiding Love!
From up above to worlds below, the chime of bells revered is heard~~
Loyalty and Gratitude shall Honor one the other with Praises of Their Word.

    Epic!

    This is absolutely epic, such a journey it takes you on... full of imagery and blended with passion and some ancient secret... very interesting. You say it is a work in progress so, I will wait to see what else you may add! I really loved parts 3-4-5... thanks so much for entering and good luck!
