White dawn
Blending into shades of blue
My eyes wide open
Taking in the golden hue

In every light
There is shadow
And every darkness
There’s truth

This is my revelation
I will share it with you

Whispering in the deep silence of your mind
There are dreams

In the rush to be
Becoming everything
But the desires of your heart

Colors
Melding and flowing from your fist
Songs humming in the back
As your eyes try so hard
Just to see white and black

Like smiling and not meaning it
Like saying I love you
And not feeling it
Crying in the despair
Too quiet to feel
But in the still hazy air

Comitments and deadlines
Excuses, and reasons
Sufficating the life
The wonders your heart
Was made to create
All falling apart

In the cold
Peeling the skin of feeling
Away from the life blood of your emotions
Until winter has set in
And your far too gone to smile

It takes one silent voice
It takes one ray of sunshine
Coming from within the frozen ice
Because you could be dead like this forever
Or you can make a decision…

To break convention
And walk into the dawn
Of revelation
