    And according to sources, they also cause plaque buid up on your teeth. Didn't know that until recently, but I also love bananas. If you eat them, eat them very firm. The riper they are, the more sugars they produce. (I have never seen a monkey with rotten teeth though, have you? lol!!!!!!!!!!

    great poem i love banana's but i can only eat a half of one at a time i think it has to do with the fact that my mom is eliceric to them thank you for sharing keep up the great work
