the shadowman has planted the seeds
with all it's deeds, the corruption is slowly growing,
evil lurking ever flowing.
i am stuck frozen in the concrete. defeat.
helpless and hopeless
the murky dust of sorrows lust
is beginning to overtake me
filling my lungs and penetrating my mind.
the soul does spiral into a dark oblivion.
crowding me
tempting me
until the worries of my death
destroy what is left.
the laughing voice is ringing in my ear
prolonged fear
as the world around crumbles to the ground
mankind falls with me to the places we should never see.
broken wings meant never again to soar
above it all, mearly crashing into the nevermore
eyesight blinded with deep distress
confusion setles in as we regress.

This is too weird. I'm sorry.

I like the in-line rhyme. "confusion settles in as we regress" is a nice line as well. Thank you for entering and good luck.
