Walking across the sands of sadness,
Screams of the gull, echo ceaseless
Oceans surf, cold wind blows,
This breaking resolve, no one knows.

I am reminded of writing messages in the sand , and watching as the tide slowly absorbs the words, a message without a bottle yet sent none-the-less. A poignant pen, well done. =)

you don't always have to tell a person sometimes you just have to blow it into the wind or tell the sea, plus you never know how much of the ocean is tears, keep it flowing.

Powerful write, very short but very moving. I can picture this, it makes me long to see the ocean again, hear the gulls crying out to eachother telling of potential food on the blankets of the relaxed vacationers. The second part makes me picture a cold and empty beach with crashing waves, the cries of gulls now lonely and sullen as they know it will be awhile before people wander the beach again. Excellent write that shows two sides to everything... Keep writing!!
