How come terror seems so cuddly,
How come danger seems so cute,
How come love seems the opposite,
And to make it Cupid has to shoot?
How come sharp claws are attached to furry things,
And pets can turn on you just like that,
How come they decided to blame the plague,
On a helpless little creature called the rat?!
How come big animals like dogs don't scare us,
As much as tiny things like wasps or bees,
And how come a giant thing like a car,
Can be powered by a small thing, by a key?
How come humans like to torment each other,
How come we look at others in disgust,
Why do we decide we want to hate someone,
And sometimes that dreaded hate turns into lust?
How come when we're given all the answers,
We don't listen and ask the questions over again,
Why do we do what's wrong instead of right,
I wonder, is it the nature in all men?

Amazingly exquisite. You have a great imagination and I love reading each of your poems. I hope to read more, in the coming days, as I now have the internet, once again. Take care and have a great day.

I'm sure your right about the questions Izzy...The thing is we arent as clever as we think...thats why we constantly move in circles constantly repeating our mistakes...Dan
