Weighed by Pain, Carried by Butterflies

Im down on the ground
weighed by pain and the decisions ive made
my strength is failing
i cant get up
i look and to my amazement i see
friends and family all around me
they're still there still around to help
i cant believe my eyes
all my mistakes and they still love me
for who i am
not what ive done
they grab my arms and help me up
looking around as i arise from the ground
im standing up on my feet
my head on straight
and the weight lifts off my shoulders
im back off the ground
and looking from where i just came
i know i can never go back
