Sorry to bother,
Leaving a message to say there's no other.
I wanted to love you with all my might,
but you never heard my plight.
Even though I was on my knees,
And begging you please.
My words fell on deaf ears,
And you've confirmed all my fears.
You put out the fire inside,
But at least I tried.
I feel like I am lost,
As my heart turns to frost.
Here I lay broken in dismay,
Because you didn't want to stay.
I'm afraid everything went awry,
So this is goodbye.
Now I'm all alone,
As i hang up this phone.
