It was custom for the town to change the park for a few weeks.
All for the children, big and little ones you see.
A club house was added just for fun.
A barn of many pieces, came in.
Cobwebs, fodder, pumpkins so many there will be.
Speakers with weird music, will make a roar.
Games will be played, something for each.
Food and drinks,all with out a curse.
Costumes of course, where would be the fun.
Posters with funny faces placed every where.
A part on Halloween night for sure.
Not to forget the rides on the wagons for sure.
The kids could watch it all go up each day.
This way they would know,
It is safe by night or day.
Then for the party,
From seven till midnight
Something for each at the gate.
