littered, my table
covered in scratches of poetry,
pages strewn,
like a madman's shuffled cards.
China and silver hold down my world
as I look for inspirations
in trademarks.

Whatever Works
& this works well enough to allow others to see what's going on in your head. Sometimes, I just find a phrase, for a jumping off place to start, then where ever it takes me 'is what it is'.
( I understand that, "It is what it is", has become one of the most annoying phrases of the year. lol )
