It has a nice flow and some good imagery, perhaps chatting with that person again to see if it stirs up inspiration? Aside from that when I go with something like this I clear my thoughts and then read it to myself to imagine it, then the flow seems to come back if it has been lost. I like the passion behind this, it has a very sensual mood. Good luck getting it going.
