the seconds are like years of agony
The minutes are centuries of pain
Every day feels like a generation
Every year is the equivalent of a millennium
why does time pass so slowly when your not here
And when you are, why do hours feel like seconds
and days feel like a minute?
Why is the time rapidly changing based solely on
whether or not you are beside me
If you were to die right now, time would stand still, and
we would be forever frozen in place
Time will only go on if our love lasts forever...

very thoughtful... I agree so much with this though because when I am with my boyfriend time seems to fly by... but when we are apart my life passes so slowly... I check my messages constantly waiting for him but every time I check them it feels like it has been hours. I miss him when he is gone. Even when he is only gone for 5 minutes.
My favorite part of this poem is:
