The very essence of my life
Is flowing through your beautiful veins;
The crimson tide that keeps you alive
Has stolen the life from me.
I carry no shame for what I am,
Only regret that I have chosen you.
I watch you run, seeing the fear on your face.
Don’t run; it only increases the lust.
You flee through the snow covered trees;
Your breath can be seen in the air.
It pains me to make you this way;
The beauty of your face drenched in tears.
You look back for your bloodthirsty stalker,
But you see me no more.
You turn away as you breath sweet relief;
A shame I was there the whole time.
There is no time for fear in that instant of pure evil,
That emotion adds a flavor I detest.
Now your essence is flowing from your veins,
Stealing yet more life from my cursed soul.
