If I was a poet
I’d write the world back right
Using but my mighty pen
I’d put up quite a fight
If I had some paper
I’d show what I could do
Make great words into sentences
Create literature anew
If I had a head of thoughts
I’d take the world by storm
Fill a book with insanity
Defy what they call “norm”
But all I have is patience
A book of William’s prose
But someday I’ll be something else
A bud turned to a rose

Wow, can't believe this only took 20mins.I really liked the line 'If I was a poet, I'd write the world back right'There is a saying 'The pen is mightier than the sword' and your phrase reminded me of that.And by the way, you are a poet.Montey
