I want to stop seeing
I want to never look upon his strong face
I want to move on now,
I want to lose his everlasting gaze.
I want to stop thinking about him
I want to forget he is even here
I want to block the thoughts from coming
I want to lose the pain I bear.
I want to stop hearing
I want to become deaf to his calming voice
I want to listen to sweet silence
I want to give myself no other choice.
I want to do all of these things,
But I don't think I ever will.

Very good poem
Sometimes we need to listen to God voice and focus everything on Him to tune out to the pain and The Lord will take the pain and it make it something amazing like a gem of Beauty
