I'd sit here in the dark
All fallen apart
Broken-hearted and everything
With no more hope in my heart
Crying became an activity, the red stained sleeves became a daily chore
Everything has become a blur and my thoughts start to ster
Why do I weep and cut this deep?
So I depart from this house or horrors
As I walk down the street I keep my head faced down
So no one sees I look like a clown
But the memories of you get to me and I tare in two
I fall to the ground staining the cement with black drops
And feel a hand touch my shoulder
I jump in surprise and pull myself together
He ask if I'm alright and I look up
Into his eyes, It felt like I could swim forever
He stares back and grabs my hand, pulling me up
And with a loved filled smile he tells me "you look pretty"
I look down knowing I look like a clown
He puts a finger to my chin and lifts my head
My eyes still filled with dread
And he promises it's not the end
