I can’t resist the temptation
of my addiction
and I make
three more cuts
with my razor blade
One big, bloody
Two smaller ones around it
It takes two of those
Big economy sized band-aids
To cover them
And blood still pokes out
The edges

its so sad but still so true.
i hope that you will get better soon, and that you dont have to feel so alone.
i know what its like, i stoped cutting for about 8 weeks and last week i started again.
i think the poem is really good. -
