1. Face facts - you don't need those 200 pounds to be happy.
2. Stop identifying with the weight.
3. Let the 200 pounds go gently.
4. Look on the bright side of feeling lighter.
5. Start living in lightness as soon as possible.
6. Throw away sad reminders.
7. See the beauty, feel the joy, be original and creative.
8. Meet people who didn't know you when you were weighed down.
9. Seize opportunity when it comes to your attention.
10. Follow your heart, do what feels good.

Sounds like sound advice.
I'm trying to incorporate a healthier lifestyle. My plan is to read this link http://www.drphil.com/articles/article/472 every day. Whereas I don't need to lose 200 pounds I have found as I've gotten older whatever amount seeking to shed takes commitment and effort. May the force be with all with the finish line success that lasts a healthy lifetime.

Very subtle!
At first, you want us to fade away altogether?
A double entendre lives there in the weight.
When all the burdens have you tied by tether,
we compensate by altering sight to elevate.
Novel method!

If I lose 200 pounds
then I will evaporate, for I weigh far less!
But: I know some burdens are about that heavy ... And may we all roll away that heavy stone that blocks us from life.
Just some margin notes, beloved One.
Love your positive thinking!

Me too!
Either I lose 90 kilos, or he loses 70, we will both be lighter after this.

I see that 200 pounds
walking away on its own
two feet...
or vice versa, walking,
flying away from it...

That is right, M-C. The end is known at the beginning, if we pay attention.

Not sure how much 'about'
85kg is in pounds! But now after lunch, it most probably is the same! Oh, I forgot too add, I only managed half a brandy ball; my chef-neighbour sure knows how to size these! Love to you, as well as that which seems to have taken flight! Frans
