The gaggling gathering of ghastly ghouls
Death and decay, they dribble and drool
The horror of haunting on Halloween
Skinless skulls to make you scream
A bulging beast to bite your brains
Then tossing your teeth in your bloodstains
A mangy Mummy to maim and mangle
A colossal spider your spine to strangle
Kids in costume will kill when they come
Pick your poison of pandemonium.
Venturing for victims; voyage the night
Questing for candy by candle light
Tapping your door for “trick or treat!”
A merciless search for succulent sweets
Aliens all about your abode
Trolls and Goblins with googly-eyes glow!
Shaking and quaking your flesh starts to shiver
Don't dare deny, your delectables deliver!
Feigning your fright, you fight off your fear
Wonderfully happy it's only once a year.
