My Angel of Love x

I did not get to meet my beautiful Mia,
For she was taken away, to a realm much higher,
To be with the Angels, for she was too pure for this land,
But even though it hurts my heart, one day I will understand.

I will see that she was not ready to live,
For in heaven she has something more to give.
Maybe they needed another Angel up there,
To help other peoples hearts repair.

If that was her calling, I can understand why she is no longer here,
Even though I will shed a tear.
But I know I have created another Angel above,
An Angel at it’s purest, knowing only love.




Author notes

I wrote this poem today, I am still so devastated about having a miscarriage, but I know that my beautiful baby, (even though she was so very young in the womb) I know that she is safe in heaven xxx

    I am so sorry to hear of you lose.
    It must of been very hard. I'd be very
    upset if I lost my baby. (4 weeks along)
    But know God wanted the angel.
