Rainy days seem to fill my mind
as all of my tears fall about
the only person who would try
and the only friend I could trust
I miss you everyday
my heart mourns for you
and my eyes cry out for your smile.
I fight off all others
as they try to make me stop.
I gave all of my heart to you
and my heart is still with you.
After the times I have not forgotten
my lost friend and cousin.
Always the kindest and the calmest
now noone understands
why I still mourn
and why my heart cries out.
As we say rest in peace
and lay you beneath the ground
tears are shed and words are said
but noone truelly gets the pain.
My heart is ripped out
as the casket lowers
and I finally say goodbye
to the only one who really loved

I was close to him and when he passed it really hurt because we had a fight the day before then I was in the hospital and he passed. I never got to say I was sorry so I'm still torn up inside about it
