Holiday Season

The leaves are starting to change colors,
The leaves are starting to fall,
The days are getting shorted,
And the temperature is starting to fall.
Fall is finally here and winter is fast approaching,
Soon it will be Thanksgiving,
My most favorite time of the year,
Then Christmas,
As we will all celebrate with joy and lots of cheer,
As New Years passes,
Spring will soon be near,
As our Canadian Troops will sattle up for another stressful year,
As we send out Men and women over seas to fight for us,
To keep us safe,
To make sure we sleep at night without fright,
These are the men and women who we call,
Friends,
Family,
Mothers,
Fathers,
Brothers,
Sisters,
Grandchildren,
Ans so much more,
So come this holiday season Remember....
Those who have risked their lives for us,
And who have died for us,
So we could be so fortunate,
To be able to get together with loved ones this holiday season
