A flicker of sadness in her eyes
Or was it surprise?
Oh yes, the fall will kill you, but for a moment, you will fly
Was that what she was thinking as she was falling through the skies?
The adrenaline was almost too much to bear, being her last high
The smirk on her face was almost a sigh
As she said soared through all the problems that underlie
Of all the things that had gone awry
To all the moments of when she was too shy
She is now saying goodbye

This is amazing. You're describing something so hard to imagine. I love how you wrote, "To all the moments of when she was too shy, she is now saying goodbye."
It's very beautiful.
Keep writing love. -
