Pretty girl dressed in lace,
All dolled up for his taste,
Waits for him tears running down her face,
For as she waits she knows her fate.
Darkness comes swallow her whole,
Is she not worthy to live in this hole?
Or is she condemned like all the other pretty dolls,
To do his bidding and sit upon the wall.
Pretty doll dressed in lace,
All dolled up for his taste,
White skirts around her waist,
Her hands covering her porcelain face.
Darkness comes swallow her whole,
Is she not worthy of living in this hole,
Or is she condemned like all the other pretty dolls,
To do his bidding and sit upon the wall.
Pretty puppet dressed in lace,
All dolled up for his taste,
Stained white skirts around her waist,
Holding her silver dagger in his face.
Darkness comes swallow him whole,
His date was fortunate for all,
Pretty girl dressed in lace,
Wasn't so pretty after all.
