A challenge lies ahead for us to pursue
A trail blazed by others before
Yet for us it is unique and new
An exciting thrill together to explore
Take my hand and let's move ahead
One step at a time toward the peak
Together through valleys and rocks we'll tread
And carry the other when one is weak
The trail will wind and sometimes we'll be lost
Life is filled with risk and full of adventure
Yet we know the worth for we counted the cost
So together let us hike into the future
