Stuck

Im Stuck
Forced to stay where i am
because i am not of age.


Stuck
Forced home
because i have to fulfill my "duties" as they call them
yet, those "duties" shouldn't be my problem.
the "duties" should be theirs to handle.

Im stuck
i feel as though i cant move
Claustrophobia closing in

Stuck
in this boring life.
the fear of amounting to nothing

Im stuck.
In this place
thats boring and dim, and dark
but i am afraid of those dark places.
afraid of the boringness
afraid of the dimness that will eventually
Overcome
My life.

"you have it good" they say

"you don't know what is going on"
but i can't complain.
i have a roof over my head, and fresh food to fill me.

"at least your protected!"

i laugh and say, "take another look at my neighborhood."

but i still am
Stuck.
