here we are
another year
i wish so much that you were here

you will always be my cherished love
now you are with the angels and god above

i hope you are having a lovely day
know that you will always be in my heart and thoughts
today its your day my love

Oct the 13th will always have a special meaning in my heart
your birthday I wish we were not apart

my sweetness and love you are apart of the heavens now
i hope that all your friends up there are surrounding you
even the playboy bunnies too.

its your day today.

know that your memory is strong and lingers on
we miss you and love you

know that on this day all the things that i do
are devoted to you


all of the memories that we shared
just knowing that you loved me and that you cared

i know today for many it will be the same
you left your mark here on earth gave to so many
you my love were a man of goodness and plenty

know that some of us are reflecting and shedding many tears
we all love you so much and wish that you were here.

as i end my day tonight i will light a candle in your honor
i will think of all the things you said to me
with love in your heart and honesty

i will be sending you kisses and so much love
know you were my prince on earth

    The tears never go away, only move to the background. The ache quiets but never quits.

    Be proud. Not in an arrogant way. No, for how you hold the Light of the love in your heart and honor it always. We live our lives, after the ones we love have passed, knowing we live and love not just for ourselves but because of all that they gave us. We are not diminished or love less for that would dishonor them. NO. we are more alive for having been loved by them.

    The poem is a sweet lovely memorial for having been blessed so well in this life by love.

    very sad but also very very good. Touching and warming even. I enjoyed reading this and it made me miss my past on loved ones. Very well done here pulls at your heart for sure.
