Our freedoms are slipping away by what I can see.
Remember when you went to elementary school,
standing at your desk with your right hand across your chest
Pledging Allegiance to the Flag…
‘One Nation Under God’, with liberty and justice for all.
Or if you were the teachers pet you got to go to the principals office
and lead the pledge over the school’s microphone.
Later on while in High School before every sporting event
You stood with hat in hand and your right hand over your heart
Singing the Star Spangled Banner…
even if you forgot the words.
Speaking of which how many remember the very last verse
not many I bet yet it is one that needs to be heard by every American:
“Oh, thus be it ever when free men shall stand,
Between their loved homes and the war's desolation;
Blest with vict'ry and peace, may the heav'n-rescued land
Praise the Power that has made and preserved us as a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust";
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.”
What will it take for our legislators those Senators and Congressmen
to come to understand America needs God not the other way around.
He has been there beside us through every trial and tribulation
and by continuing our present course we have opened the door
to our downfall from His grace to utter annihilation.
Stand up my friends by Praying hard and often for those that are charged
to Uphold the Constitution of the United States of America
and every word written in our Bill Of Rights…

this is has been our nature throughout the ages
God gives and gives and we take and walk away from Him
now look where we are, we have been walking in a cycle of conflict ,of struggles, of war.
we need to turn around and go home,
home is in God
Home is where our hearts are
we need to walk with God with heart and soul
In God we do not trust as we can clearly see
we trust our nature

separating church and state as not to offend,
God is not a church, there are no walls
He has given us free will, which enables us to keep God with us where ever we go, we ourselves need to put God into every equation, every thought word and action, to force God onto someone else is not free will, it would not be sincere.
our free will is a gift and God has placed wisdom within each of us, to know Him, we have to choose for ourselves
so when you say the Pledge of Allegiance Sam and you say One Nation Under God, you are sincere.
that is gives glory and Praise and Thanks to our creator

The fact that so many of our 'leaders' all seem to be following a path that is attempting to disolve so many of our freedoms makes me wander what life wil be like for my children and grandchildren.I plan on sending this one to my State and Federal Legislators to see what kind of reaction I get in reply.

The horizon is clouded by those that say they want freedom yet they jump on every opportunity to destroy those things most sacred.
Not just the "radicals" but our very own elected politicans. I am fearful for the future,I am fearful for right now.
