The Be All and End All

All I see is blackness
Not a lantern in this void
The pressure from my heart
Has bled up to my eyes
Now drowned out and destroyed

I grope with numbing fingers
Beyond the blistering cold
Frostbitten to the core
This is too much to endure
For the things that I was told

My head is filled with roses
Each vein perfumed black liquor
Reaching out to feel your heat
Straining to sense your touch

Here in this vacuum there is no more.

A very well written poem, I like the wording.
