what happened?
how can the memories fade so fast,
her heart pounds,
tears run down her face,
she turns and prays to see his face one more time,
hoping, hoping that for once this thing will turn out the way she wants,
why you have to die,
you were my true love,
the only love i ever knew,
her heart breaks,
tears hit the floor,
her parents try and say it's okay,
everything will get better,
but her mind tells her that she is wrong,
every feeling every moment,
she just cant forget,
is somthing wrong with her?
she just doesnt know anymore,
she tries to let go,
remembering every emotion,
but its too hard,
her heart just wont let her,
what can she really do but try,
she tells herself "just pretend"

I related to this one so easily... I loved the flow, and the way you got everything just so... Right? Perfect? I'm not sure how to put it. It's definitely hard trying to move on though. Best of luck in the contest!

I feel you girl I really do I can relate to this and ya it is hard for me to let go but all we gotta do is move on and look for sum1 else that can treat us better Great poem
