Watercolored autumn days,
magnified in sunshine's rays.
The beauty of the stars at night,
a full moon shining, oh so bright.
The ocean waves lapping the shore,
rhythmic comfort, yet so much more.
Summer memories in beach sand,
walking along, hand in hand.
Finding treasures on our way,
adding memories to our day.
Flying kites so high above,
all these things cement our love.
For everything I love to do,
is much more special when I'm with you.
The little things some take for granted,
make life with you so enchanted.
Though we may not have material things,
a fancy house or diamond rings,
It couldn't matter less to me,
for in your arms I will always be.
Love isn't measured by what we own,
where we've been or who we've known.
It's measured by the things we share,
what we feel, how much we care.
And the knowledge that as time goes by,
it will always be just you and I.

Swell job here. Not only was the rhyme pretty good and the meter decent, the poem was cohesive, coherent and cogent. I could follow it without problems and the subject matter is true. Congrats on the good poem.

Rhyme and Romance coupled
This is a poem that uses familiar images with different combination like "summer memories in beach sand", the only awkward line is "as long as in your arms is where I'll always be". Also, the line that begins with "It's measured" seems that if you drop the word "special" it would have better timing. It goes without saying they are special because it is the two of you doing them.
Glad to hear your gratitude and appreciation for you life. Many people just go from one thing they want and get to another not being present to enjoy that they have it. Tecohe
